Common questions
I subscribed but cannot access the library
Make sure you completed the account creation step during checkout and are logging in with the same email used to subscribe. Visit Getting Started for a full walkthrough.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Go to My Account to manage your membership. Subscription billing is handled through Squarespace, so all payment details and cancellation options will be in your account settings.
I forgot my password
Use the Log In page and select the password reset option to receive a reset link by email.
How long does a reply take?
We aim to reply within one to two business days. If you have not heard back after three days, please check your spam folder and send the message again.
