Before you arrive

What to know.

What should I bring?

Your own yoga mat. No mat? Contact Kia to ask whether you can borrow one. No props are needed, though you're welcome to bring a block, strap, bolster or blanket — and a water bottle if you'd like one.

When should I arrive?

10 minutes before your class starts gives you time to settle in.

Is there parking?

Open your class on the schedule and use the "Get directions" link for the venue. At Tarbock Village Hall parking is free on site — see the Wednesday and Thursday yin yoga and sound bath pages.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. With an account you cancel from Your bookings; booking as a guest, the link arrives with your confirmation email. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as the class is still more than 48 hours away. After that, cancel up to 48 hours before the class and receive credit for what you paid, valid 12 months — class credit lives on an account, so guests should contact the studio. Within 48 hours of the class, bookings are final.
